Unable to find it, Faith choping trees with the Scythe

Hi!

I was looking for this fic (a series of fics which were very long) I read ages ago and is one of my favorites. It's post Chosen. I remember the gang (with other new slayers) was on the run, they end in a cabin in some forest, said cabin is attacked by demons, everybody run away and they split. Buffy and Faith end together in the forest, Faith use the scythe to chop trees for making fire. By some reason Faith is unable to control a protection of her emotions and Buffy is the receiver of a psychic wave. They kiss, or almost kiss, and then demons return from a portal. But they are demons with good intentions leaded by Giles. They are like a council for the equilibrium between species.

And then start the second part where is reveled that Faith is the one who keeps the slayer line and a connection with every slayer in the world. Buffy gets mad. Faith becomes frustrated...

If someone have read it I would appreciate a lot if they could remember me the tittle!
