Listen, you kinda broke my heart when I was convinced this story was abandoned. Are you teasing me? Am I in for more heartache? Why is it always the best writers that leave things unfinished? What? do you have a life or something?  I'm sorry that was too much complaining when what I meant to say was ,YAY, I love this story, keep writing! Author Feedback: Rosemont, believe me when I tell you that I am trying *desperately* to finish this story. I hate letting you guys down almost more than I hate letting myself down. It's not too much complaining; it's drive to make me continue this. So. I'm gonna make you a deal. I have the next 3 days blissfully off of work. Which means that, yup, I'm going to try to dedicate some time to FDNH. And if you don't get a new post within those 3 days, you know what you can do? You can PM me, and I will send you my address, and you can come hit me in the head with a baseball bat until I produce. Cuz honestly, sometimes I need that.  Oh, and PS, I don't have a life. I will have you know I signed up as a member JUST so I could comment on this story. WOW. As a former EMT, I love the technical bits and EMS pacing. Reminds me of the trouble I got myself into back in the day.  I love Faith in this, and EMS is a perfect fit for where she was/is.Please keep it going. It's an incredibly fun ride. Author Feedback: Blemt... you know you could just have written in as anonymous, right? It's good to hear from another EMS monkey. EMS trouble is the best kind, isn't it? This was originally written to get myself through the hassle of medic school. And I'm trying to find a way to get it back to that fun, 'EMS-paced' ride that you're looking for so much. yay i'm gla dyou updated this!!! and omg. that was gross....i was getting pretty grossed out with how faith was doing her job...oh goodness... that was incredible writing for you to make me sick... yucky. hmm....K/B ? oh no....i guess will doesn't know... that's not good... =/ i hope your muse comes back so you can write this again! i really liked this one and hope you can continue it. Author Feedback: I'm sure Faith was pretty grossed out too! Trust me, other people's blood? NOT the best toothpaste ever. Yay update. I've been waiting so long for this I was starting to fear it was going to become the B/F version of Chinese Democracy. But unlike Axl and his macabre troupe you actually deliver the goods! But Buffy and Kennedy?  Man, can't wait until the shit hits that particular fan. Keep it up mon ami and thankyou!! I have one thing to say. You ready? You might wanna cover your ears. ...okay, suit yourself, but don't say I didn't warn you. SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*gasp*EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*gasp*EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God DAMN. Where do I even start? Do I even remember how to review a chapter anymore? It's been so long....  "I shit you not. Cave trolls." Jeez... your Faith-voice... I missed this story. Like a lot. I may have mentioned that once or twice. I believe I've also mentioned how utterly disgusting the thought of Faith suctioning out that girl's chest cavity with her own mouth is. Well done. I'm actually kinda glad to see Buffy break down so hard, how *angry* she let herself be while Faith was stitching her up. She's been under massive amounts of stress and it's kind of nice to see this side of her, this out-of-controlness (yes, I just made up a word). I especially like that she's not just using Faith as a sounding board for the things she feels she can't tell her friends (thank you, by the way, for that little slip-up about Kennedy. I want that story now. *nods*) , but she's seeing Faith as somewhat of an equal. In a way, she's letting Faith know that she does need her: Buffy's been carrying the burden, carrying the weight of each of the girls who, under her watch, haven't made it and now that she has Faith to help her actively care for these girls, I hope she can finally rest. And find the fun a little. B...uffy. Heh. Did I mention how much I missed this story? 'Cause I did. I want to read chapter 35 yesterday. Author Feedback: ...aaaaand both my eardrums have ruptured  Just kidding!  Yes, Faith sucking blood out of a chest cavity is gross as fuck. No, no I won't apologize for it. It's pretty much that image that let me move forward with the story, actually. The image of Faith with a mouthful of someone else's blood, and it all over her teeth and then going to fight something? CREEPY AS SHIT. I just needed a way to justify it Chapter 35 is in the process of being written and shall be posted as soon as it's ready TO THE SAM-CAVE! |
