Mmm... Mustang....

Oh, what? There was a chapter here to read? Sorry, must've disappeared into fantasy-land there for awhile. I used to date a girl with a red Mustang and we -- well, that's a story for another time.

Hmm... road trip with a cranky Faith and her slobbery dog. Let me count the ways THAT could go wrong.

I mean they haven't even hit the road yet and look at what you're doing:
'“Got any jazz?”
I can *hear* Ken look at her like she has three heads.
“Ohhh, yeah. A real long drive,” she mutters.'

And call me crazy, but this: 'I sit up properly and pass a Coke up. She grabs it, cracks it one-handed, drains it in one go and crushes the can. She passes it back, and I put it back in the bag.' was just immensely hot in a total machismo (or is it machisma, since Kennedy's a girl? Is there such a word as machisma?) kind of way. I may just have to start writing Kennedy fic full time.

Jeez, Sam, there's no sex in this chapter but you've got me drooling almost as much as Slayer. Though I hope I smell better than Slayer does.

I, too, have used the ice/soda trick a time or two. Works like a charm.

Road trips are fun.

And now I'm not sure if I want to be in that car, or *be* that car with the way you described Faith settling in to the driver's seat. Mmm... Mustang...

Author Feedback: Can you believe I've never actually even *seen* the inside of a Mustang? I'm really hoping I get the details right... I think I actually started creaming myself with the writing of the car stuff. Good lord.

I think Ken is *totally* hot with the machisma. Her, Faith, Nix, Kate... this story is just chock-full of the sexy, powerful women. Can you tell what kind of girl I'm looking for / looking to be?

And dude, if Faith would settle into *me* that way I could be happy for life....

I am Faith fan and I have no issue with who she paired with as long it's a good story to read. As for the story I like the update am just waiting for Xander's and the slayers juniors reactions...keep it up
