Chapter 2 is much better. Shaping up to look like an interesting story, I'll keep reading. I like your take on Faith, it seems fair and well balanced. Did a good job with Angel too. And I liked you had those bits in there about Angel leaving and stopping off at a place Faith was at on her way to Sunnydale originally. For Cordy, I would have liked to see a bit more of an explanation for her mood given, even though one could draw a fairly straight intuitive line to the cause probably being grief. Would have like to have seen at least a hint more of a positive portrayal of her in general too. Giles was well portrayed, and though Faith doesn't give him enough credit for resiliency of character, it's very understandable that she wouldn't it that situation. There were one or two typos I spotted this time, and Faith referring to the hellmouth as a hellmouth as powerful as this one is just not of the good (there are only 2 hellmouths and Faith's never been to the other one to compare it). But yeah, good story telling on the whole this chapter. Think your heart's in it much more now. I look forward to seeing what'll come next. As for the typos, I no longer have a beta reader for reasons of my own and no matter how many rereads I do before posting a new chapter, my eyes just can't catch every single typo. So interesting seeing Faith's interactions with Angel's crew. Cordy is still Cordy. Glad Gunn, Lorne and even Wesley, to an extent, seem to be trying to accept her. Too bad she won't have Angel to help her out. Giles doesn't seem to be doing at all well since Buffy's death. I don't like his wanting to use a Buffy glamour on Faith. Hope Faith can handle Giles, the Scoobies and the Hellmouth. It won't be easy. Looking forward to more on Sunday. Author Feedback: Seems like nobody is liking the idea of Faith having to wear a Buffy glamour  Things are gonna take off once Faith is back in Sunnydale and you're right, it won't be easy. Keep goin with it, I'm loving the chapters so far, I feel bad for Faith having to wear a Buffy glamour, would be well creepy for anyone. Hopefully Faith can help them heal, and cope with Buffy's death. - pre-resurrection at least. Can't wait for the next chapter. Love this chapter!  It's interesting to see Gunn as Faith one real ally in LA, aside from Angel of course. I feel bad for him, too. I like this new, controlled Faith. She's so mature and does a good job at holding her emotions in so far because she thinks that's her best option. I wonder how long she'll keep that up. Really liking this one so far, T! Hope you update soon!   Author Feedback: Well, back when Faith actually returned to LA from prison to stop Angelus, Gunn took a smitten to her pretty quickly so I thought I'd use that in this fic Don't hold your breath on Faith being mature and controlled at all times, just saying...and that was probably too much of a spoiler without it actually being one, huh?   Glad you're liking this one so far, Hayley, and remember, Sundays are my update days unless I run out of chapters and can't keep up with the pace, but here's hoping that doesn't happen *fingers crossed* |

Love this fic been wondering if Faith will encounter the Buffybot. I dying to know what happens next. Only thing better than Faith in S6 is "The Gift" redo with Faith. Author Feedback: I agree, the Gift with Faith would've been awesome. Maybe one day I'll write it, but for now I'm sticking to season 6 cos its gonna be a long one And I'm not gonna give away any kind of spoilers, but there is a slight possibility the Buffy-bot and Faith may just have an encounter...maybe |

Haha...first thing I thought when Faith said Cordy was bitchier than ever was "um, you do remember when you decked her right?" And wow...a glamour for Faith to appear as Buffy....how creepy. I'm anxious to see how this will play out or rather come back to bite them all in the ass. And I'm assuming Buffybot is out of the picture since Faith pretty much has to be the imposter?? Ack!! I'm in question mode...lol...but I won't ask because I know you won't tell Author Feedback: lol, totally forgot about the Cordy/Faith thing...my bad, but now that you've mentioned it, I totally remember Yeah a glamour to make Faith appear as Buffy is truly creepy. And Buffy-bot is technically out of the picture--for now and that's all I'm allowing myself to give away lol....and any questions there are, hopefully there'll be answers in future chapters for ya, nukey |

Faith masquerading as Buffy would be a huge mistake, especially after the body swap. Methinks the G man is not thinking clear yet. He's gotta come to grips with Buffy passing away.  Not try and substitute with another Buffy. Eagerly awaiting for more. Author Feedback: A mistake, possibly, but who knows how that one will pan out (well I do, but I'm not giving away any spoilers! lol) It may possibly be a better idea that using the Buffy-bot, but then again if that was the case then Faith wouldn't exactly be needed in Sunnydale, would she? More is coming! Sundays give me plenty of time to stay a couple of chapters ahead so I can guarantee an update every week |
