 Oh that was just perfect. One of the best happy fuffy endings ever. Doing a happy dance here  Great writing. I really appreciate you not taking the more obvious routes or choices to get where the characters needed to go. And can I just say how relieved I am that Satsu was not a thorn in Faith's side. It just would have been too much. Thank you for not going there, when you so easily could have. Thanks for this sequel T,  and more importantly thanks for a great read! |

Chapter 9: The Golden Duo really deserved a break. And they went out on their first official date.  Also glad to see that Buffy is not going to kill or maim Xander.  :lolChapter 10: Its a Scooby party on the beach!! That bunch could really use a vacation. You know all work and yadda yadda... You know as they say, "each happy ending is a brand new beginning" So....we can expect a sequel for this right? Especially a few years in the future. (Their future of course! heh heh  ) This was a fine story and I am really pleased and honored to have accompanied you in this journey. So ... yeah. I enjoyed this fic tremendously! I was a little unsure when I first started Closer ... especially with Vamp!Buffy, but fears completely unfounded. Emotional scenes were incredibly well written and I was always left eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Sad to see the ride is over. Great journey, though. Allow me the honor to be the first to say you are a god among mortals. Your stuff from your prequel, to this series was incredible. If you can picture me on my knees doing the wave and basically bowing before you chanting "Inval! Inval! Inval"!, Please do. Honest to God reading your work is better then most of the actual season 8 Buffy comics. You did a fantastic job in all areas and went well above and beyond entertaining me. You know I always wondered why Buffy gets such a bad rap at cooking. I can't recall any part of the show where she really killed something, unless I've just forgotten. Maybe once I start the episodes at season 1 I'll pay closer attention. (Haha watching Buffy is part of my nightly routine, just go round and round.) For a minute there I had almost forgot that Buffy now remembers so that she had more than their one night together in her head. Makes it less one sided now so YAY! Haha Author Feedback: I really don't know about the cooking thing, I read it in other fanfics, just seems funny *shrugs* not quite sure about canon but I think she burnt toast once trying to make Dawn breakfast...my memory fails me! Well its the time of healing; both body and spirit. I was a little surprised at Buffy being such a bitch to Angel, he was just trying to help. No need to chew his head off.  "....but it ended just perfectly. Well, almost perfectly." what's up with that?  Answers with updates I suppose. Please update soon. Author Feedback: Aww yeah she was a bitch wasn't she? Then again I've always found that Buffy is a bit of a bitch to begin with so that wasn't so far stretched from her character really... The ending? I kind of feel bad for Satsu. Being saved by Buffy's new girlfriend has got to suck even more than the compound leg fracture. I wonder if we'll see jealous Faith make a return. eeeppp! i just read chapter 7 and 8! Dawn's pregnant? that's.. nice i guess. and thank god that no one died in the battle. i love the sweet moments of Buffy and Faith.. they're just so inlove and cute! and the last part is Hot!  great chapters (7 & 8) T! Well... highly positive chapter with some very good news, now that's definitely a winner. Buffy's not sick, just exhausted. (That is a relief! )Faith made it back safely. Dawnie's pregnant!!!*whoopee* I'm kinda glad that even Angel survived. Willow's just plain out awesome. Poor Xander's gonna be ruing the day he touched Dawn. *low whistle* Sometimes having two very powerful women as best friends could give you the willies. One of them could flat-out break your neck without breaking a sweat....and the other is just a whole lot scarier.'The end is nigh' I suppose. Whatcha got next? Buffy us going to be auntie! Dawn picked a great guy if you ask me. I love it when two great people find happiness together. I thought Buffy was feeling weak as in reduced to human strength. I never thought that it would be so bad that she would find it hard to get out of bed. Talk about being weighed down by the returning memories. I'm glad that all went well and the good guys won. Go Willow! Things are starting to look up for our Slayers. I wonder how long that will last? Author Feedback: All the lightheartedness and happiness, it makes my head swim I'm glad you picked up on that metaphor, being weighed down, since that was what I was going for without actually being blatantly obvious about it. Whew glad it was the memories making Buffy feel so week I was getting worried there. Faith takes such good care of Buffy. I love the sweeter side of her. Makes me just wanna go "awwwe." Little Dawnie pregnant, so didn't see that one coming. Given I've only gotten into BtVS fanfiction more recently, but I've read quite a few and this I believe is the first one to even mention Dawn as a mom. (Maybe I haven't read the right ones LOL) And with Xander of all people. Definitely interesting. I hope when Faith tells Buffy about the battle we get to hear it too, cause I wanna know LOL. Author Feedback: Yeah, only the memories, she'll get her strength back completely soon enough I just wanted to throw a little somethin' somethin' in the mix with Dawn and seeing how I've paired her with Xander (which is pretty much canon now anyway) I had to take it that way. i was all happy that finally Buffy and Faith are 'together' but then i got worried at the end of this chapter.. why is Buffy getting weak? she should be all energized coz she spent the night with Faith. btw, i like it that you're bringing Satsu in this story. it's not because i like her but maybe there would be some jealousy from Faith and i like a jealous Faith! keep it updated T! Author Feedback: you are right, she should be all energized spending the night with Faith, but unfortunately that's not what happened. You don't need to be *too* worried Shy, maybe just a teeny tiny bit? The Satsu thing....as much fun as I thought at first it'd be to bring her in and have that element of jealousy take place, I just couldn't do it, so she's only there in mention and only there for the fight against Dr. Sonia and her widdle vamp army Thanks for the feedback |

For a minute there I thought I was gonna have to deliver a giant Damn You lol, glad I didn't have to after all. And Yay for them finally getting to be together completely. And Buffy getting all her memories back, I thought she'd get some back, but I wasn't expecting it all to come back, at least not all at one time. Little worried about this whole Buffy feeling weak though. That can't possibly be a good thing. Hmm trying to come up with possible theories as to why, but I'm drawing a blank so I'll just have to be surprised where it goes I guess. Author Feedback: whew, I'm safe from a Damn You! Well, she was getting slivers of memories back, but I figured having all of them hitting her out of nowhere would help me continue this story on instead of dragging it out because I really do hate to drag things out.... The moment she finds happiness has to be marred by a dezien of Hell. Hey Inval, remember when i said that i could smell the amnesia thing a mile away? Well i gotta another one for you. Ok, i don't wanna ruin the following issues with my guess..but I'm going on a limb and guessing that this new Hell God is from the same Hell dimension that Glory was from and i dare to guess that she is Glory's sister or family member. AM I GOOD OR AM I GOOD?! Also, i like the feeling of calm before the storm this issue brings. Nice job.
