phpMyFiction is a fanfiction publishing software, designed to easily create fandom related fanfiction sites, although it could be probably used to do other things as well. The name kind of says it all: It's based on php and MySQL.
While you can easily create small sites for a small fandom page like this one, you can also use it to create something bigger like, for the lack of a better comparison, FanFiction.Net. But that would require quite a bit experience with running large dynamic websites on your part.
The current skin (layout) creates large amounts of HTML output, that could be reduced in order to decrease bandwidth usage.

Thank you for your interest, but I am afraid, it is not possible to obtain this software at this moment due to the following reasons:
I am still testing this application for possible bugs. Although it seems to be fairly stable, I wouldn't wanna release this to the public without a decent amount of beta testing.
Skin Support still needs simplification.
Language Support is still missing.

This version of phpMyFiction was modified to work with the popular forum software
Invision Power Board using an ingenious and incredible useful piece of software called
IPB SDK.
The interoperation basically results from phpMyFiction authenticating against the user database of IPB, therefor providing a side wide log in system.
There's a tiny little link called "Enable Filter" beneath the category bar. Click on it to perform a search.
Close the search field by clicking on "Disable Filter".
Remember to hold the Ctrl Key down when doing multiselects.
These are the so called "In Chapter Bookmarks". If you're a member you can use them to keep track of the point where you had to stop reading.
By clicking on the "My latest Bookmark" link you'll be taken exactly to the point you left off the day before.
Even if you're not logged in, you can still use these links like normal browser bookmarks. Just click on one of the white boxes and bookmark the page that reloads. This way you can bookmark multiple paragraphs in multiple Fanfictions/Chapters.
This function is incredible useful if you want to point out a certain text passage to someone else. No need to read the entire chapter anymore.
Well, it is possible now, but it's up to the author if he/she wants to enable downloading them as PDF files.
To download fanfictions you need to be a registered member of this site and the corresponding author must have enabled the download of his/her fanfictions.
